Accounts are created by hand, and access is forgotten when people leave.
A Telegram bot creates and blocks accounts, resets passwords, finds duplicate names and keeps a register in Google Sheets.
Client records without moving to a CRM
Payments, memberships and visits live in a spreadsheet that manual entry keeps breaking.
Web forms with validation append rows to the same spreadsheet. Formulas and history stay intact, staff need no retraining.

The menu arrives by email, orders are collected in chats and recounted by hand.
The supplier menu is parsed automatically, AI estimates nutrition values, employees order in Telegram, and the courier has their own panel.

How a project goes
- We discuss the task. You write in Telegram what is needed and why. I clarify the details and propose a solution.
- Design. I plan the architecture and the scope of work before development starts.
- Development. I write the code: the web part, the bot or the server side, depending on the task.
- Launch. I deploy in Docker and set up monitoring, backups and rollback.
